Feedback
Write to support@woome.pet. It goes to a person, not a ticket queue, and we aim to reply within 24 hours.
Bugs, things that felt confusing, and features you wish existed are all welcome. So is "this wording bothers me" — several sentences in the policy exist because someone said that.
There is deliberately no form on this page. A form would mean collecting your details on our side, which would mean another paragraph in the privacy policy, to save you one tap. Email is simpler and you keep a copy of what you sent.
Questions we get asked
Is anything I upload public?
No. There is no feed and no discovery page, and photos have no public link. Each photo is served through a temporary signed URL that expires within a day. The only people who can see a pet's album are the ones you gave a seat to.
What is a "seat"?
Access to one pet's album, at a level you choose — not a friendship and not account-wide. Family seats can see more than Friends seats, and you can switch individual permissions off for one person without affecting anyone else.
If I remove someone, what happens to what they already saw?
Their access stops immediately. But anything they already saved or screenshotted is on their device and stays there — no app can reach into someone else's phone. We would rather say this plainly than let the word "revoke" imply more than it does. It's worth thinking about before you give someone a seat, not after.
Does WooMe track my location?
No. We never ask your device for its current location and the app has no location permission. A photo can carry the place it was taken, and if it does, we deliberately round the coordinates to two decimal places on your device before anything is sent — roughly a one-kilometre square, enough to tell which city, not enough to find an address.
Do you sell my data or run ads?
No, and no. There are no advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking. As of this writing there is not a single third-party analytics tool in the app — and if that ever changes, the privacy policy and the App Store privacy label get updated before the change ships, not after.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app, in Settings — not by emailing us, though you can ask if you're stuck. There is a 30-day grace period during which signing back in will offer to restore everything; after that it is permanently erased and cannot be undone. See section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
What does WooMember cost?
WooMember is an optional subscription that raises your storage limit and unlocks some extras. Current pricing is shown in the app and billed by Apple, so it is always the App Store that has the authoritative number — we would rather not print a price here that could drift out of date.
Will there be an Android version?
Not at first. WooMe is being built for iPhone. Nothing rules Android out later, but we would rather not promise a date we can't keep.
